Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Early Check-In or Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly.

• If you cancel 10 days or more before your arrival date, you will receive a 100% Refund.
• If you cancel 7 days or more before your arrival date, you will receive a 50% Refund.
• If you cancel 3 days or less before your arrival date, bookings will be Non-Refundable.

• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check-in.
• The Credit Card Holder must be one of the travelers.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

• Refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request.
• The payment will be credited within 5-7 working days via the same mode used while making the booking.
